The Cumulative Effect of All the Things They Did

Have you had that situation where you finally became ready to let go of someone?

A friend, a lover, or someone you held close to you. Even when you knew their actions will pile up resentment and anger within you. When the things they do will only create more problems for you.

That moment when all those things pile up, and it clicks in your mind. You have to let them go. You can't keep unnecessary attachments into your life. It's only going to more frustration to your life of you don't confront them. It's only going to bring your energy down.

And then when you finally let go, they come asking. "Why? What happened? Did I do something?"

Then you laugh a little, looks them in the eye and finally says it to their face.

"You really don't know? It's the cumulative effect of all the things you did".
